Overview of Role
The Consultant in HR Consulting is a key player in our team, responsible for leading project segments, advising clients on HR strategies, and ensuring the delivery of solutions that align with client goals. This role demands a strong background in HR, exceptional analytical and communication skills, and the ability to lead projects and small teams effectively. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in HR consulting or a related field.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
Project Leadership
- Lead and manage project segments or small projects, overseeing the work of Associate Consultants and ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Provide expert advice on a range of HR issues, including organizational design, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
Solution Design and Implementation
- Design and implement innovative HR solutions that address client challenges, driving change and enhancing organizational performance.
Business Development Support
- Assist in business development activities, including proposal writing, presentations, and networking with potential clients.
Knowledge Sharing
- Contribute to the development of the team's knowledge base by sharing insights, best practices, and lessons learned from projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR consulting, human resources, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of HR principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Proven track record of managing projects and delivering results in a consulting environment.
